A.Lobos dominated down low during the game scoring 36 of its points in the paint compared to Salvadorenos ' 16. They outrebounded Salvadorenos 41-23 including a 34-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Naturalized American center Marc Montavious (202-1990, college: Georgetown, KY) fired a double-double by scoring 17 points and 19 rebounds for the winners. American guard Jerome Savoy (185, college: Pfeiffer) chipped in 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four A.Lobos players scored in double figures. point guard Diego Rivera (175-2007) produced 16 points and 5 rebounds and guard Diego Minero (187-2007) added 19 points respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. A.Lobos have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 14-3 record behind leader Metapan. Salvadorenos at the other side dropped to the fifth place with six games lost.
